Friday 27th – 6am and 6pm
Saturday 28th – 7am only
Monday – 6am, 12:30pm and 6pm
Brendan getting in some superset work before his knee opp.

A. Snatch grip push press, hold o/h for 5 secs, 5 x 5, rest 90secs – 17kg, 17, 17, 20, 20
B. Hang muscle snatch 3 challenging rest 60 secs x 8 – 20kg x 4, 22.5 x 4
C1 Hang power cleans @ 80% rest 10 secs x 4 – done @ 30kg
C2 4 challenging box jumps, rest 90 sec x 4
The PP with the 5 sec hold was harder than I expected, but otherwise no problems. My sacrum/hip issue is almost gone.
