    1. 166/476
    2. 168/497
    3. 168/495
    4. 168/495
    5. 169/502
    B. Done.

    Notes:
    A. Felt reasonably good. Technique feels like a limiting factor. Metres may be lower than similar sessions last year as I put the 30s timer on to avoid roll-on.
    B. Nice way to work out the kinks after the row.
Right shoulder (down through the outer bicep to elbow) had sharp pain prior to the session but OK after warmup and band work.

  2. A: Row, PM3 set to 30sec count downs.
    1: 178m, 585av W
    2: 154m, 379av W (Jumped 3ish seconds late, on pace for + 170m)
    3: 177m, 539av W
    4: 170m, 513av W
    5: 170m, 482av W
    B: Done.

    Notes:
A: Felt good, probably getting 20m further than 6-8months ago. Started feeling the heavy sled drags from 12 hours earlier towards the end.
B:Great from something different. Took me back to my boot camp days.

  3. 1. 153 / 288
    2. 152 / 326
    3. 162 / 374
    4. 160 / 377
    5. 158 / 404

Left heal kept slipping out of the shoe at around the 20sec mark – frustrating

Pad work was a killer!! Enjoyed it, funny how you don’t need allot of kit to get smashed – thanks Nick.

  4. 1. 147/ 207
    2. 147/ 247
    3. 158/ 258
    4. 159/ 236
    5. 160/ 229

Pad work was fun, enjoyed :)
