Thanks for the insight Ross,

I had a brain storm / review of training data of where I was @ before the tests & the result pretty much confirmed what I thought was going on. Probably the main part I liked about it, was I didn't try to "Game Plan" any tests, I just did them and what ever happened, happened.

Looking forward to another opportunity to retest down track!

A1. 10, 7, 5, 4, 4 @+10kg. BW 75kg.
A2. 5, 1, 2, 3, 3
B. @12kg 8, 8, 20
R shoulder pain when pressing. I did a warmup set @ 16kg but was quite painful so decided with Joelle to go back to 12 kg & up the reps a little.
C. 6kg
As above - so dropped the weight back.
D. Set of 20, 2 x 30 and 50 plus a few stumbly ones.

Was sick over the weekend. Quite stiff today (even more than normal). Easier strength work was good. Couldn't have coped with something requiring breathing. The DUs left me a little gassed.

A1: @10kg(13%bw) 5,3,4,3,2
A2: 2,2,2,3,1
B: 20kgx5, 24kgx5, 24kgx6/arm
C: 9kg, black hard ball.
D: 51DU's unbroken first set. (PB)
Notes:
A1/A2: Felt a little off today, should attempt to fail a little harder instead of pulling the pin thinking I wont complete rep before having a 110% crack.
C: Felt really explosive and quick, short rest sucked but felt ok once back into it.
D: Broke 50! Attempted to go a bit slower (rope speed) and relax a bit, I tagged it "Economy Mode" and it worked. Next stop 100.

It was 14+3
But no pull ups before and I think that would have made a big difference as double unders were all about forarms for the final few rounds.
Our crew are doing it today.
