Ross Blake- Head Coach, Owner

Nick Ryle – Coach, Co-owner

Smooth talk, sharp wit. Immaculate squat and O-lifts so pretty you’ll want to cry. Hard-edged tenacity with a soft-spot for sweet stuff. Determined, pragmatic, amusing.

“Detailed” Ryle is all about the finer points of technical lifting & movement, including olympic and power lifting… or easy R&B and killer dance moves. Yeah yeah.

Joelle Collard – Coach

Friendly nature, mean determination. Bruises like a peach, terrible at double unders.Always has calluses and painted toe nails.Resilient, healthy, happy.

Joelle “Nerd” Collard is all about the ‘why?’ Nutrition, human evolution, girl stuff (yep… periods, pain, the pill) pop-science.
