Coaching notes: Start by keeping this one slow and comfortable. Conversation pace is usually a good guide. When you feel like you have established a groove and can feel the blood flowing more freely ad 5-10% more effort to approach Z2. By all means get hot and sweaty but, don’t over do it. There is some harder MAP 6 work on Saturday.
